What types of automation do you offer?+
Practically any repetitive process: automated invoicing, data sync between apps, automated reports via email/Slack, emails & SMS triggered by events, stock management, courier integrations (auto AWB), online appointments, chatbots, HR onboarding and any custom workflow. See the dedicated page.
How much does an automation cost?+
From €390 for a simple flow, €1490+ for the Business package (3–5 flows + site), up to €3990+ for complex platforms. See all packages.
How long does implementation take?+
Simple: 3–7 days. Medium (3–5 flows): 2–4 weeks. Complex (custom platform): 6–10 weeks.
What apps can I integrate with?+
SmartBill, Oblio, Saga, FGO, WooCommerce, Shopify, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Netopia, PayU, Stripe, Fan/Sameday/DPD, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp Business. Plus any custom API (ANAF e-Factura, BNR, etc.).
What happens if an automation breaks?+
30 days free maintenance after launch. Afterwards, monthly maintenance plan (from €49/month) with active monitoring & priority interventions. All come with logging, automatic error alerts and daily backups.

How much does a professional website cost?+
Presentation site: from €490. Landing page: €690. Corporate: €1990. Online store: from €890. Custom web app: €2500+.
How long does it take to build a website?+
Presentation: 2–3 weeks. Multi-language corporate: 4–5 weeks. Online store: 3–5 weeks. Web app: 6–10 weeks.
What technology do you build on?+
WordPress (for frequent content), static HTML/Astro/Next.js (for maximum speed), React + Node.js (for web applications), WooCommerce/Shopify (for online stores). The choice depends on the project.
Can I edit content myself after launch?+
Yes. We deliver with a friendly admin panel and video/written documentation. You add articles, edit text/images directly from the browser. Optionally, we can take over administration via a monthly plan.
Will the site appear on Google?+
Yes, properly indexed from day one (technical SEO included). To rank #1 on competitive keywords requires advanced SEO (content, link building) — 3–6 months with an SEO plan.
What about hosting and domain?+
We recommend solutions (from €5/month). You can pay yourself or via a maintenance plan. The domain is purchased in your company's name — it's always yours.
💰 Pricing & payment
How is payment handled?+
30% deposit on contract, 40% mid-project (design approval), 30% on delivery. Bank transfer or card. VAT 19% added separately.
Are there any discounts?+
Yes: -10% for full payment up front, -15% for NGOs and startups in the first year. We don't fake "last day" discounts.
Do prices include VAT?+
No. Prices are in EUR, excluding VAT. We invoice in RON at the BNR exchange rate + VAT 19%.
Can I upgrade the package later?+
Yes. You only pay the difference to the higher package + whatever is added to the scope.

Do you offer a guarantee?+
Yes — 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied after the first revision, we keep working at no extra cost. + 30 days free post-launch maintenance.
Who owns the code and the data?+
You, 100%. You receive the source code, documentation, all accounts. You can change developer any time — we don't lock you in.
How do we communicate during the project?+
Whatever channel you prefer: email, phone, WhatsApp, Slack. Weekly updates, response in < 24 working hours. For Enterprise: dedicated manager + SLA.
Do you work with small businesses?+
Yes, any size: sole trader, small SRL, startup, large corporate. The Start package is designed specifically for small businesses & freelancers.
What if I urgently need changes?+
Pro & Enterprise plans include phone/WhatsApp support <24h. For critical urgencies, Enterprise has a 4h SLA. Ad-hoc: €40/h for fast interventions.
